
Back in January of (2014), I was sick, tired and almost dead. (really)
I had a choice as well as hope. I hoped that I could really do something about my health and weight as I wanted to live well and have a partner/husband who would love me with out all my masking.
so my fervency of learning took over, I wanted to know why I was the way I was, so for the next 12 weeks I studied every thing I could and tried many things.
I even went vegan for the first 4 weeks, WOW that was a eye opener and made me ask lots more questions. I detoxed for three of those four weeks, I was a real mess. However my body is now 65 pounds lighter, as well by blood pressure is way down. I feel fantastic as well as strong from a the weight lifting. I also walk every day just for fun and enjoyment (Its nice to hear that from my mouth, as before walking is what people did with out a car!). I am on my way to my dream of 195 pounds.
Update: Feb 2016 After my mom became sick and no longer independent back in June 2015 my life completely changed once again! I hit the sugar hard and ate atrociously, subsequently I gained back about 40 pounds. I have been to the gym since November and back to the best routine I believe I have ever been on thanks to Dr. Michael Mosley! I will reach my goal of 195 pounds by November of 2016.
